Its processing technology is as follows.

1. Raw material selection: Use mature, well-developed, large-grained Ophiopogon japonicus.

2. Cleaning, peeling: Put Ophiopogon into the washing tank, wash it with running water, remove and drain. Use peeling or chemical method to peel, wash, put in 2% salt water, soak for 8 to 12 hours, and scoop up.

5. Baking
