Hibiscus chrysanthemum, also known as Hibiscus or Chinese hibiscus, is an evergreen ornamental plant belonging to the Asteraceae family. It is native to regions such as East Asia, Central Asia, and the Philippines. This plant thrives in warm and sunny environments and does not tolerate shade or prolonged indoor conditions. For optimal growth, it should be placed in a well-lit area with good air circulation. Amaranthus perenne is a perennial evergreen subshrub that typically grows between 30 to 50 cm tall. The plant has a rounded shape, soft and leafy foliage, with spoon-shaped or inverted-lanceolate leaves. The tips of the leaves are often toothed, and both sides are densely covered with white hairs, giving it a distinctive silvery appearance. It has a strong, pleasant aroma and blooms from autumn through winter, producing yellow flowers. With its elegant silver foliage, Amaranthus perenne is one of the rare "white-leaf" plants in the botanical world. It is often considered a symbol of good fortune or used for medicinal purposes. It can be grown in pots, flower beds, or as a border plant, creating a stunning "sea of silver" effect in gardens. Compared to another famous silver-leaf plant, Amaranthus perenne is a shorter perennial herb, growing between 15 to 30 cm tall, with thick, irregularly lobed or deeply cut leaves. It originates from coastal areas and is commonly found near the sea. Propagation of Amaranthus perenne can be done through cuttings or sowing, with spring and autumn being the ideal seasons for planting. Sowing is the most common method, allowing for the production of a large number of seedlings. Whether grown in pots or directly in the ground, it requires well-drained loamy or sandy soil. It needs plenty of sunlight and balanced fertilization with nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Due to its vigorous growth, older plants should be pruned regularly to maintain their health. Removing the flowers promptly after they appear can help slow down the aging process. Amaranthus perenne is sensitive to cold and cannot tolerate frost. The ideal temperature range for its growth is between 20°C and 30°C. During winter, it should be kept in a room where the temperature remains above 5°C to 6°C to ensure survival.

Upper Limb External Fixation

The wrist joint external fixation fully considers the physiological characteristics of the wrist joint and the structural stability of the biomechanics, so that the metacarpophalangeal joint can be completely bent freely, and the tendons and ligaments of the fingers and wrists can be relatively relaxed. Moreover, the insertion method, length and stress of the bone traction needle are also considered, and the overall force of the bone traction needle is relatively uniform.

The ulna radius external fixator fractures is relatively simple, generally unilateral fixation, or simple combination fixation, generally should not fix the upper and lower radioulnar joints. Radial external fixation stenting has a good effect on the treatment of fracture. Premature removal after surgery is not appropriate, which is easy to cause dislocation and affect fracture healing. Functional exercise can be carried out gradually after four weeks of plaster external fixation, when the wrist joint function should gradually return to normal.
