During the drying process, the number and placement of the test items in the studio affect the uniformity of the temperature in the working chamber. When the temperature uniformity requirement is relatively high, it is recommended to reduce the number of samples or select a large drying oven to ensure hot air convection in the working chamber. The sample of the article is kept at a distance of 2~3cm or more from the inner wall or the inlet and outlet, which is favorable for hot air convection inside the studio.
3, the choice of temperature range and the use of temperature: our company blast drying oven temperature range has three: RT + 10 ~ 250 ° C, RT + 10 ~ 300 ° C, 100 ~ 400 ° C (high temperature blast drying oven). When the temperature is below 150 °C, the drying oven with RT+10~250°C temperature range can be selected; when the temperature is between 150°C and 290°C, it is recommended to select the drying oven with RT+10~300°C temperature range; often When the operating temperature is between 260 °C and 290 °C, it is recommended to equip the motor with overheat protection device and motor geothermal protection. When the temperature is above 300 °C, please use a high temperature electric blast drying oven with a temperature range of 100~400 °C.

5. The normal heating rate of the electric blast drying oven is generally 3~5°C/min. The temperature rises rapidly at low temperature, the temperature rises slowly at high temperature, the temperature rises quickly in summer, and the temperature rises slowly in winter. The heating rate can be increased to increase the heating rate. However, the heating power of the drying box increases, and the temperature overshoot at the constant temperature also increases.
