Built-in type, no space, more reasonable structure; FRP salt water tank needs to be separately prepared, hung on the back of the box, and the temperature of the brine changes with the change of the ambient temperature, causing the temperature fluctuation inside the box to be large during the test.

4. The new plastic salt spray box adopts two-stage water-deficient protection and over-temperature protection device. When there is water shortage and abnormal temperature, it will automatically shut down and alarm; FRP salt spray box currently only has over-temperature protection.

5. The new plastic salt spray test chamber has newly added a brine filtration device and the FRP salt spray test chamber has no brine filtration device. The nozzle will not block during the test to ensure normal spray to the end of the test during the test time.

6. The design of the saturation device of the new plastic salt spray test chamber is more scientific. It adopts the current domestic advanced titanium heater and air outlet water filter device and the low water level alarm protection of the saturator.
