How to use the magnetic stirrer :

2. Insert ~ 220V power supply, turn on the power switch, PV display window displays “ K ” , SV setting window displays “ 400 ”, use K -type thermocouple for this appliance , the maximum control temperature is 399 °C, 3 seconds later, PV The display window displays room temperature, and the SV setting window displays the last set temperature value.

3. Temperature setting: press “▲” or “▼” to decrease the setting. The required heating temperature will be set quickly, for example: 100°C. The green light indicates warming and the green light indicates stop. The microcomputer will determine the heating amount according to the temperature difference between the set temperature and the current temperature, ensure that the temperature is not warmed up once, and maintain the balance between the set value and the display value ±1 °C temperature difference, so that the heating process can be easily completed.

4. Self-tuning function, start self-tuning function can make different heating section or heating power and solution are irregular, the heating time is the shortest, the flushing temperature is the smallest, the balance is the best, but the self-tuning should be re-changed after changing the heating medium or heating condition set up.

5. Start auto-tuning: often press the shift key “ ◄ ” for 5 seconds, the setting window flashes and enters the auto-tuning state. After the third temperature rushing, the number stops flashing, indicating that the auto-tuning is finished, it can be used, but the self-tuning needs to be It is used when initial heating, and the self-tuning performed in the middle is not accurate.

6. Adjust the “Stirring” knob clockwise and adjust to the appropriate position for mixing according to the speed display.

7. If there is a jumping phenomenon, please turn off the stirring and then slowly start.

8. If the mixing capacity is large or the solution is thick, adjust the knob appropriately to increase the stirring force.

9. There is a rubber plug at the bottom of the stirrer to protect the external thermocouple socket from corrosion and rusting. When the unit is disconnected, the inner probe is disconnected and the machine stops working. If the external thermocouple is used, the plug should be unplugged, the external thermocouple plug is inserted into the socket and the nut is locked , and then the stainless steel probe is placed in the solution for temperature control heating.

10. The appliance is equipped with a break protection function. When the thermocouple is poorly connected, the display window displays “hhhh ” and the green light is off. The appliance stops heating and needs to be checked before use.
