The effectiveness of investigating and disposing of the first three seasons in Fujian

Since the beginning of this year, Fujian Province's food and drug supervision and control system has taken various measures to comprehensively promote inspections, and has achieved remarkable results in the investigation and handling of cases. In the first three quarters of the year, the province’s system examined a total of 40,806 drug-related units, investigated and dealt with 2148 cases of various types of drug-related violations, and the total value of the case was 6,523,600 yuan.

It is understood that the Fujian Provincial Bureau this year has focused on four key tasks such as cracking down on the production and sale of counterfeit and inferior medicines, the inspection of basic medicines, the special rectification of health food and cosmetics, and the centralized rectification of pharmaceutical production and circulation. The Bureau also adopted four measures, including briefing on the investigation and handling of cases across the province, tracking sample inspections, implementing key inspections in backward areas, and implementing time-limited handling of key cases, and promoting noticeable results.

In the first three quarters of this year, the food and drug supervision system in the province had issued a total of 50,783 law enforcement officers and imposed fines of 16.723 million yuan, which was 91.9% of the fines collected last year.
