The use of butter in farm machinery maintenance appears to be simple and actually a bit small and complex. When butter should be used during the repair process, when should not be used, where it should be used, where it should not be used, and so on, some of the listed issues must be understood.

First, "can use": When repairing agricultural machinery, if the clever use of butter adhesion and lubrication, some of the difficulties of assembly can be solved.

1. After replacing the oil seal in the new hub, it is often difficult to replace the hub and it is sometimes difficult to fit the hub in place. At this time, just apply a layer of butter to the oil seal, and then install the hub more easily.

2. When the transmission is mounted on the engine flywheel, it is often difficult to reassemble the first shaft tooth key because it cannot enter the hub of the clutch passive disk or cannot move freely forward after entering. At this time, it can be coated with a proper amount of butter in the keyway before installation, which can prevent corrosion and also help the passive disk to move back and forth when the clutch is working.

Second, "can not be used": butter is often used in the maintenance of agricultural machinery lubricants, but do not use in the following areas:

1. The farmer's hands on the piston rings are used to prevent misalignment of the piston rings during installation. Applying grease in the ring grooves sticks the rings. This is a great hazard. When the engine is working, the butter forms a jelly when it is hot, affecting the elasticity of the piston ring, reducing the sealing performance, and producing carbon deposition, which aggravates the wear of the machine parts.

2. The cylinder pad and some farm hands are greased on both sides of the cylinder pad when installing the cylinder, which can increase the sealing degree of the cylinder. The opposite is true. Because the cylinder temperature rises while the generator is working, the butter will quickly melt away and create voids that cause the cylinder to leak. At the same time, the melting of butter produces carbon deposits that accelerate deterioration of the cylinder pad.
