Xiangyun Temple is a new breed that was developed by the cooperation of Hunan Normal University and Xiangyin Donghu Fisheries, using the white pheasant as the female parent and the tetraploid pod as the parent. Because of its fast growth, tender meat, strong disease resistance, high survival rate, stable characters, and easy taming, it is welcomed by farmers and consumers, and is regarded as a special breed. From June 18, 2008 to March 30, 2009, the author carried out a high-yield and high-efficiency experiment of pond breeding Xiangyun wolfberry on the Tongsheng Reservoir fishery in Yuhua District of Changsha City. This article reports on the test situation as follows.

First, materials and methods
1. Fish pond condition test Fish pond area of ​​4.5 mu, with an average water depth of 1.4 m. There is no need for overflow screen screens and drain outlets. The drainage can be controlled according to need. The water source is directly discharged from Tongsheng Reservoir. , fresh and clean; no oxygen equipment. Microfluidic water was used; on June 18, 2008, the fish ponds were cleaned, lime water was used for disinfection, and fresh water was injected on June 24.
2. Fish species launch from June 28th to 29th from Changsha Aquatic Technology Promotion Station to carry out the summer flower (average size 4cm/tail, about 5g/tail weight) 40010 tails of carassius amurensis, the average size 5cm/tail ) After 2430, the fry were kept in the 4 surrounding boxes set in the fish pond the previous day for 1-5 hours, then the fish fry was soaked with 3% edible salt water for 10 minutes, and then put into the pool, and an average of 8900 seeds per acre were placed. 3. Taming food July 1 began to crush food with broken material, 2 times a day. Specific method: Before the feeding, use the old iron plate to rhythmically tap the cement pier on the side of the pond food table, and then press the “slow-fast-slow” and “less-more-minor” methods for feeding, and tap and shoot. The time for each domesticated food must not be less than 45 minutes. After 20 days of taming, the fish species formed conditioned reflexes that focused on the floating surface.
4. Feeding and Feeding Management Normal feeding began on July 21, and the amount of feeding and feeding time depended on the feeding conditions and weather conditions of the fish. The feed nutrient content also depended on the different growth stages of the fish (basically divided into The two stages were separately formulated (see Table 1 and Table 2 for formula) to meet the needs of different growth stages. According to the different sizes of Xiangyun Crucian carp, the pellets were fed with the appropriate micro-granule feed or pellet feed to establish the growth conditions. Detection, timely adjustment of daily feeding rate.
According to the "four definite" principle feeding, feeding 4 times a day: 7:00 ~ 8:00, 9:30 ~ 10:30, 14:30 ~ 15:30, 17:30 ~ 18:30. On rainy days, with the exception of winter, the bait rate remained at 5%-8%.
In August, the pool water was stable at a depth of about 1.6m. The ponds were sterilized with lime or trichlorfon once every two weeks. The baits were regularly fed and the micropipes were kept in the pool. Daily management and food intake were arranged. Responsible for ensuring the timely prevention and treatment of fish diseases and normal feeding of feed.

Second, the test results
1. Determination of growth status and feeding conditions (see Table 3, Table 4)
2. The output was up to March 30 of the second year. A total of 221 days of normal feeding was conducted. The fish production was as follows: 38130 fish from Xiangyun Lake, with a survival rate of 95.3%. The communist production of Xiangyunjing was 2459.5kg, and the average yield was 546.56kg. The trout survived 2115 tails, the survival rate was 87.0%, the communal yield was 406kg, and the average yield per mu was 90.2kg. The total production of fish was 2865.5kg, equivalent to 636.78kg per mu.
3. The total cost of fish ponds is estimated to be 3,6373.4 yuan, including 2,1470.0 yuan for fish species, 1,070,43.4 yuan for feed (feed price, 2.4 yuan/kg), 4000.0 yuan for artificial labor services, 200.0 yuan for drug costs, and 30 yuan for Xiangyu fish for spring fish. Kg, carp 6 yuan / kg, the total output value of 76217.7 yuan, per mu output value of 16937.2 yuan / mu, the total profit of 39844.3 yuan, acres of profit 8854.29 yuan.
Third, analysis and discussion
1. Analysis of growth status The results of the random inspection of growth conditions (Table 3) can be used to calculate the daily weight gain of each growth of C. sinica, as shown in Table 5:
It can be seen from Table 5 that the growth rate of C. yunnanensis was slower in July, and that of August and September was the peak of growth. After October, the growth rate gradually slowed down. Combining with Table 4, it can be seen that there are two main factors affecting the growth of feeding of C. yunnanensis: the temperature of water and the species of fish. In July, the water temperature is higher, but due to the fry, the size is smaller and there is a period of tame-breeding. Therefore, the food intake is small and the fish growth rate is slow. In August and September, the water temperature is higher and the amplitude is smaller. The average species size of the fish species also gradually increases. The food intake of the Xiangyun wolfberry grows and the growth rate increases. The water temperature in October is slow. Slowly began to decline, but due to large fish species specifications, so the food intake further increased, but the growth rate is not as good as in August and September; after November, the water temperature dropped further, affecting the fish's feeding, food intake decreased significantly, the growth rate slowed.
In 1995, Shang Shufang and Shang Shufang and Zhang Guangjun were published in China Aquatic Products in 1994. The high-yield test of Pengzeyu, a pond-maintained pond, was relatively more effective in the monthly “Experimental Summary of Peng Zexi's Test of the Pond-maintained Cultivation”. The growth rate of Xiangyunjing was 3-5 times that of the local alfalfa, and the growth rate of allogynogenetic silver alfalfa was relatively high. 2-3 times as much as the local, Peng Zexi's growth rate is not as good as silver oysters, and the growth rate of Xiangyun wolfberry is the fastest of several species of squid.
2. Benefit analysis and comparison of the test results of Gao Shufang and Ji Weiguo as shown in Table 6
From the comparison in Table 6, it can be seen that the production, profit, and input-output ratio of the main cull is higher than that of the main bred Yiqingyinjiao and Pengze. After analysis, this aspect is based on the different growth stages of C. sichuanensis during the cultivation process. Different feeds were prepared to meet the nutritional needs of C. yunnanensis at different stages of growth, and the feed coefficient was reduced; Feeding microgranules of feed pellets with appropriate particle size to feed palatability, improve feed utilization, and reduce waste; on the other hand, Xiangyun loach can filter out part of plankton and have strong disease resistance. The high survival rate has greatly increased production. The feed coefficient of Xiangyunjing is 1.81.
3. The discussion of domesticated food is a more important task in this experiment. The good and bad of domesticated food directly affect the size of the bait coefficient, thus affecting the breeding efficiency. Therefore, it must be patient and meticulous when taming, until the successful tame, then the normal feeding.
In the process of intensive aquaculture, we must attach great importance to the prevention and treatment of fish diseases and strictly carry out daily management. Although the disease resistance ability of Xiangyunjing is strong, if the preventive measures are not strict, it can also cause disease. The test did not cause any disease during its growth, but also because strict preventive management measures were taken throughout the test period.
