2. Regulations for Supervision of Pressure Vessels in Power Industry Promulgated by the Ministry of Power Industry (DL612-1996)
9.1.13 After the boiler installation and overhaul is completed and the safety valve is overhauled, the seat valve pressure of the safety valve shall be verified. 9.1.15 It is forbidden to disengage the safety valve during boiler operation.
9.1.16 Safety valve The uncalibrated boiler shall have strict anti-overpressure measures during the ignition start and during the safety valve verification, and shall be implemented under the supervision of a special person. In the safety valve calibration, the calibration personnel shall not evacuate the site midway.

3. Provisions of the "25 Key Requirements for Preventing Major Accidents in Power Production" promulgated by the State Power Corporation:
3.2.1 Strictly prevent boiler water shortage and over-temperature and over-pressure operation. It is strictly forbidden to operate under the condition that the water level gauge is insufficient (refer to the number of water level gauges that can correctly indicate the water level) and the safety valve is disassembled.
3.2.4 Boiler overpressure water pressure test and safety valve setting shall be carried out in strict accordance with the regulations.
3.2.4.1 Over-pressure water pressure test and hot-state safety valve verification of large-capacity boilers shall be formulated with special safety technical measures to prevent over-pressure and over-temperature phenomenon caused by excessively fast pressure rise or pressure and steam temperature loss control.
3.2.4.2 Boiler In the overpressure water pressure test and the hot safety valve timing, non-test personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the test site. ”
Chapter IV Prevention of Pressure Vessel Blasting Accidents In order to prevent the occurrence of pressure vessel blasting accidents, the Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations, the Power Industry Boiler Pressure Vessel Supervision Regulations (DL 612-1996), and the Pressure Vessel Use Registration shall be strictly implemented. Management Rules and other relevant regulations, with the following key requirements:
4.1 Prevent overpressure.
4.1.1 1 According to the characteristics of the equipment and the actual situation of the system, establish the operating procedures for each pressure vessel. The emergency handling method of abnormal working conditions should be clarified in the operating procedures to ensure that the pressure vessel does not overpressure and over-temperature operation under any working conditions.
4.1.2 Various pressure vessel safety valves shall be regularly tested for discharge and discharge.
4.1.3 The pressure vessel in operation and its safety accessories (such as safety valves, blowdown valves, monitoring meters, interlocks, automatic devices, etc.) should be in normal working condition. The pressure vessel with automatic adjustment and protection device shall be approved by the chief engineer after the protection device exits. After the protection device exits, remote control operation shall be implemented and monitoring shall be strengthened, and recovery shall be carried out within a time limit.
4.1.4 The operation and operation procedures of the deaerator shall comply with the requirements of the Safety Technical Regulations for Power Station Pressure Deaerator (No. 709, Energy Security 11991). The switching point between the two stages of deaerator extraction should be clearly defined in the operating regulations according to the "Safety Technical Regulations for Power Station Pressure Deaerator" and strictly enforced during operation. It is strictly forbidden to directly enter the high pressure steam source. Oxygen device.
4.1.10 Unit water supply system, deaerator should be equipped with not less than two full-open safety doors, and improve the automatic pressure regulator and alarm device of the deaerator.
4.1.11 The total discharge capacity of the deaerator and other pressure vessel safety valves shall be such that they do not exceed the pressure under the large steam inlet conditions.
4.3 In-service pressure vessels shall be combined with equipment and system maintenance, and a regular inspection system shall be implemented in accordance with the Regulations on Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision and the Regulations for Pressure Vessel Pressure Vessel Supervision (DL 612-1996).

8 On-site calibration and adjustment of safety valves
8.1 Field check of safety valve

8.1.2 Safety valves with electromagnetic force or other auxiliary operating mechanisms, in addition to mechanical verification, should also be used for remote operation test of electrical circuits and operation test of automatic circuit pressure relays.
8.2 On-site calibration method of power station safety valve generally adopts online thermal state verification, which can be divided into special instrument (safety valve online constant pressure instrument) calibration and boost real-time calibration. Boost real-hop calibration Due to the harsh working environment, the number of take-offs is high, which may cause problems such as damage to the sealing surface, noise pollution, and safety during calibration.
8.2.1 Pure mechanical spring-loaded safety valves and disc spring safety valves can be adjusted using a safety valve online constant pressure gauge. Calibration adjustments can be made during unit start or load operation (typically at 60% to 80% of rated pressure).
8.2.2 For the first time, the safety valve adjusted by the safety valve online constant pressure gauge shall be subjected to the actual take-off review of the safety valve with the low starting value of Zui. After the verification, the error value is within the set pressure deviation specified in Table 5, and other safety valves are used. The safety valve verified by the online constant pressure gauge does not have to perform a real jump test.
8.2.3 Safety valve used The online pressure gauge should ensure that the error with the real jump value is within the allowable range, and has the function of automatic data recording and processing to avoid the error caused by human judgment factors. The safety valve pressure gauge and the safety valve to be tested should have a certain safety distance.
8.2.4 Safety valve The pressure sensor and force value sensor of the online pressure gauge should be checked regularly.
8.3 In-service power station boiler safety valves shall be verified at least once a year. Every minor repair cycle should be inspected and, if necessary, verified or discharged. Safety valves for all types of pressure vessels should be tested at least once a year or on-line.
8.4 Once the safety valve has passed the verification, it shall be locked or sealed and recorded in the boiler technology registration book or the pressure vessel technical file.
