The MXD-02 offers several advanced features to ensure accurate and efficient testing. It is equipped with a flexible drive system that ensures smooth operation and improved test accuracy. The instrument is microcomputer-controlled, featuring a full keyboard interface for user convenience. Its large LCD screen provides full-screen display of test data, results, and graphical representations, making it easy to analyze the slip-stick behavior of materials and perform quantitative comparisons between samples. Users can choose between dynamic friction tests, static friction tests, or combined dynamic and static tests, allowing for versatile and comprehensive evaluations. It also includes professional software for re-analyzing original data, superimposing group curves, and printing detailed test reports. In terms of technical specifications, the MXD-00 has a load range of 0–5 N with an accuracy of 0.5%. It allows for customizable test speeds such as 100 mm/min, 150 mm/min, and 48 ± 2 mm/min. The device operates on AC 220V at 50Hz and has dimensions of 630 mm (L) × 360 mm (W) × 230 mm (H), with a net weight of 33 kg. In addition to the MXD-02, Labthink also offers the PARAMTM FRP-F1 Friction Coefficient/Peel Tester, which not only performs similar functions but also measures fabric friction properties across a wide temperature range from room temperature up to 99.9°C.
