(1) The correct suspension method. Prior to farming, the 1LF-435B hydraulic two-way reversible plough was a three-point suspension. Two lower lift arms were installed behind the two pull-down ears of the plough, and then the center pull rod was attached. Pay attention to adjust the center of the plough to the center of the tractor. The method is to adjust the symmetry and equality of the inside dimensions of the two lift arms and the tractor's large tires, and then tighten the zipper nuts on both sides to prevent the plough from swinging right and left when the plow is ploughed.
(2) Adjust the center lever. Before adjusting, plowing from the ground and returning, the tractor tires will be adjusted after the furrows are taken. If the front is deep, the back is shallow. On the other hand, relax the center pull rod so that the plough can be ploughed deeper and the rakes can be ploughed shallower. The central pull rod is tightened to keep the plough forward and backward parallel.
(3) Adjustment of the cultivation depth. The rated tillage depth of the 1LF-435B hydraulic two-way reversible plough is 20-30cm. When cleaning, the bottom of the trench is cleaned, and the straight wood strip is parallel to the uncultivated surface, and then measured vertically with a ruler. If the cultivator is shallow, adjust the bolts of the limited-depth wheel fixing plate limit support, shorten the bolt, make the depth-limiting wheel tilt backward, and reduce the plough frame, so as to increase the depth. If the depth of ploughing is too deep, more than 30cm, in the same way, screw the long support bolts so that the depth limiter wheel is tilted forward so that the plough can be raised and the purpose of cultivating the plough can be achieved. It should be noted that once the length is adjusted properly, the bolts on the other side must be adjusted to the same length. In addition, it is also possible to adjust the depth of the depth limit wheel by adjusting the left and right supports on the fixed plate to move it up and down.
(4) How to adjust the bolts of the plough limit board. The adjustment bolts of the limiting plates on both sides of the cross beams of the plough suspension frame are used to adjust the left and right balance of the plough. When ploughing the ground, use the ground plane as a reference to observe if the ploughs are parallel. If not parallel, adjust the parallelism of the plough by tightening or loosening the adjustment bolts.
It should be noted that after adjusting one side, the same method should be used to adjust the other side in order to achieve the same effect as turning left and right. When not cultivating, the ploughs are not parallel and a certain degree of inclination is normal.
(5) Adjustment of the ploughshare into the soil. First, check if the tractor and the plough are connected (connecting point) is too high. If it is too high, it must be lowered to the proper depth of the plough and then shorten the length of the central puller to increase the angle of the plough. It is also possible to move the position of the depth limiter wheel backwards, from the corresponding position of the second plow column to the position between the second plow and the third plow column. In addition, plough blade thickness of more than 3mm to be forged or sharpened, otherwise it is not easy to get into the soil.
(6) Adjustment of easy deviation during tractor farming. First adjust the plough hook so that the three-point type is suspended in the center of the tractor, and ensure that the two lift arms are the same size as the inside size of the tractor's large tire. Then adjust the spacing of the ploughs on the plough to achieve the required uniform size. The distance between two adjacent plow columns of type 435B is 7cm.
