High-pressure homogenizers are used in beverage, pharmaceutical, fine chemical, milk and other industries for fluid emulsified materials as high-pressure homogeneous transport. So what aspects of the homogenizer need special attention before and after the boot? The following seven-star dairy equipment will be introduced for you in detail:

(1) The homogenizer must be checked to confirm the following contents before starting the machine.
1. Make sure that the inlet and outlet of the homogenizer are fully open, the cooling water of the plunger shaft is opened, the liquid in the feed is stored, and the lubricant is checked to the specified level.

(2) Homogenizer boot
1. Turn on the power, start the homogenizer, slowly open the pressure chamber exhaust valve to discharge the gas in the pressure chamber, close the exhaust valve, slowly turn the pressure handle, and when the pressure indicator needle rises to 10MP, stop the pressure. Observe whether the pressure is normal and the pressure is controlled between 10MP and 15MP.

2. Always check whether the pressure indication is at the specified position, check whether the cooling water is normal, touch the body with your hand, and feel the temperature of the body is normal. If you find that the temperature of the body rises too fast or you feel hot, stop it immediately.

(3) Homogeneous machine
1. Turn off the power and water.

2. Clean the machine.
