After each shift, the operator should clean the equipment in time to keep the equipment clean and hygienic, and do waterproof measures such as electrical components, mechanical transmission systems, and bearings.
Check if the fastener connection part of the equipment and the mechanical transmission mechanism are loose. If it is loose or damaged, it should be tightened and replaced in time.
Regularly check the wear of bushings, bearings, seals, etc. of the equipment conveying mechanism, keep the lubrication of the transmission parts, and repair and replace them in time if there is damage.
The reducer should be regularly filled with lubricating oil and oil change, and the bearing grease should be supplemented or replaced with the same type of fresh grease.
