) The power plug must be inserted tightly. Looseness may affect the computer controller to cause a crash. If there is a crash, please turn off the rear power switch and restart after 3 minutes of shutdown .

) Do not open the homogenizer door when working on the hammer plate to avoid overflow of the sample liquid. It should be built according to “ on / off ” and the equipment will stop running automatically. When the door is closed, press “ Open / Stop ” to build, and the device will automatically complete the remaining work. Do not reverse the operation.

) If the instrument is not used for a long time, the power should be cut off and the plug should be removed. Prevent the aging of electronic components inside the aseptic homogenizer.

) The bottom of the homogenizer door prevents accidental rupture of the homogeneous bag, which is convenient for cleaning the spill. The bottom design is empty, and the water tray can be placed. Therefore, do not extend the hand from the bottom when the instrument is running, so as to avoid scratching the fingers. When the homogenizer is working, please do not open the homogenizer door, causing unnecessary losses.

) Before the machine is running, please check the homogenized box for foreign matter to avoid malfunction and damage to the homogenized bag during work.

) Hard and sharp materials such as hard blocks, bones, and ice should not be used to avoid damage to the homogeneous bag.

) The instrument and the homogenized bag should be stored in direct sunlight. In particular, the homogenized bag should be stored in a place free from sunlight or ultraviolet rays to avoid aging.

) When the amount is small, when the speed is higher, when the homogenized fiber is tougher, the rear knob can be used to adjust the spacing between the beater and the window to achieve better homogenization. Pay attention to the adjusted distance to avoid the occurrence of damage to the sterile homogenizer caused by air strikes.

The correct procedure for using a sterile homogenizer is:

Put the sample to be processed into a sterile homogenized bag.
2.
Open the homogenizer door (can be fully opened) and clamp the sterile bag opening when closing the homogenizer door.
3.
Set the usage program (such as the slap speed, slap time, etc.) to perform the slap homogenization work.
4.
After the experiment is completed, open the homogenizer door and take out the sample.
