【The overall structure】:

The fixed (vertical) sandwich pot is mainly composed of a pot body and a leg;

The main body and legs of the fixed (vertical) agitated sandwich pot are composed of a stirrer;

The tiltable sandwich pot is mainly composed of a pot body and a tiltable structure;

The tilting stirring sandwich pot is mainly composed of a pot tilting device and a stirring device;

• After the installation is completed, the agitated steamer should be checked for empty vehicles, and the rotating parts must be in normal operation before they can be put into production.

• After entering the steam, if the joint leaks, tighten the nut until it does not leak.

※Precautions for use

• Use steam pressure not to exceed the rated working pressure.

• When entering the steam, slowly open the inlet valve until the pressure is needed. The shut-off valve at the outlet of the condensate, if equipped with a steam trap, should always open the valve; if there is no steam trap, open the valve until there is When the steam overflows, close the valve and keep it open until a small amount of water vapor overflows.

• Safety valve, which can be adjusted according to the pressure of the user's own steam.

• During the use of the steam sandwich pot, the change of vapor pressure is often calculated and adjusted with the steam inlet valve.

• After stopping the steam inlet, the straight cock of the bottom of the pot can be opened to illuminate the water.

• Tilting sandwich pots, oil should be added to each rotating part before each shift; stir-in laminated pots, accessories added to the pot body, it is recommended to use cooked hot vegetable oil, and other places use 30 #— 40 #机械油• After the installation is completed, for the agitated sandwich pot, the heat transfer oil 4/5 must be added to the sandwich. Then connect the 380V power supply to the ground. Wires and sockets should be 1.5 times larger than the power used.

• Valves are not allowed to be installed in the overflow.

• When discharging, first open the lid and then turn the handwheel to tilt the pot so that the material is discharged from the discharge port.

• Vertical electric heating sandwich pot, material is discharged from the bottom outlet of the pot.

• If the special process requires cooling, the tap water hose can be connected to the bottom drain valve, the drain valve and the valve at the steam safety valve can be opened, and then the tap water valve can be opened for a period of time to bring the material temperature down to the water temperature.

※Precautions for use

1. First check if the power supply is connected properly and there is no leakage. When operating, wipe it on your hands. Do not bring water to prevent electric shock.

2. During the use of the sandwich pots manufactured by Shanghai Kero Machinery, the temperature of the heat transfer oil should be constantly observed. The heat transfer oil should not exceed 200 °C. (Controlled by electric control box), timely and pay attention to high speed temperature.

3. After the vertical electric heating sandwich pot heats the material to the required temperature, the material is discharged from the bottom of the pot.

4. Before using this equipment in each shift, it should be refueled at each rotating part; pay attention to whether the electric heating rod is damaged. Stirring sandwich pot, parts on the pot body, it is recommended to use cooked vegetable oil; 30#-40# mechanical oil is used everywhere.

5. During use, the air outlet can not be blocked, otherwise the oil temperature is too high and it is easy to cause accidents. The tilting type sandwich pot should first block the air outlet when discharging, to prevent the hot oil from overflowing and injuring people.

6. After use, the power should be cut off first, and tap water should be added to the pot to protect the heating rod and extend the service life.

※maintenance

1. The oil inlet pipe and the oil outlet pipe joint leak oil. When the tightening nut does not solve the problem, the filler should be added or added.

2. Pressure gauges and safety valves should be inspected regularly. If there is any fault, it should be adjusted or repaired immediately.

3. After the speed reducer starts to be used for 50 hours, it should be removed and the lubricating oil should be removed, rinsed with kerosene-type diesel oil, and added with 30#-40# clean engine oil. After 150 hours of use, the oil is changed for the second time. Change oil every 1000 hours or so. Remember: the interlayer must be open to the atmosphere, and the interlayer is at atmospheric pressure when heated.

4, anti-rust paint falling, should be painted in time, painted outside the paint, it is recommended to use X55-3 aluminum powder ethylene water-resistant paint.

5. After 5 years of use, it is recommended to carry out a safety hydraulic test. When the pressure in the hydraulic test layer is 1.5 times, the pressure test is used. According to the requirements of the local security departments.

6. The outer pot body is made of SUS304 or SUS316 or A3 steel plate of 4.5-5.5 mm thick stainless steel plate. When the outer pot is thinned to less than 2 mm after years of rust, it should be stopped.

7. Stainless steel welding and welding of stainless steel and other steel joints should be made of stainless steel welding rod odor 102, odor 107, odor 132, odor 137, other grades should not be used.

8. There are two kinds of mixing structure of the sandwich pot, one is the common stirring structure, the other is the scraping and stirring, and the scraping material is PTFE.
