Due to the failure of timely sowing of corn or natural disasters such as flooding in the early stage of childbearing, it affects the growth and development of plants and delays the maturity period. In order to harvest timely, it can be used to promote the ripening method, shorten its growth period, and achieve the purpose of early or timely harvest. There are many kinds of ripening methods, which can be selected according to specific conditions.

1. Appropriate top-dressing method: During the silking stage of corn, 10 kg of ammonium nitrate is used for chasing after per acre, or 3% of superphosphate soaked leaves are sprayed. If the silking period has been postponed, it can be performed by intervening males to reduce nutrient consumption, increase the temperature of the leaves, and speed up the birth process. Generally, the silking period can be 2 to 3 days earlier.

2. Skinning and drying rod method: In the late stage of corn filling, when the grain reaches normal size, the loquat leaves are peeled off to expose the grains and promote dehydration and drying. In this way, generally can be 4 to 5 days ahead of the normal ripening period, than the direct harvest at the same time increased by 6% to 15%.

3. Whole plant drying method: cut the corn stalks, yards in the field side or other free space (be careful not to pile heap), until the leaves dry and then dipped in the ear drying and threshing, generally can increase the weight of about 20%. In addition, in the corn filling period, using hoe (or plough) to pound (or plow) on both sides of the ridge once, there are also promoted effect.

Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main plant to work with. Air buffer is incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of compressed air source. The plant produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen of desired purity at 93%±3% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Oxygen in buffer tank is maintained at 4bar pressure. With an oxygen booster,  the oxygen pressure can reached to 15Mpa and fill in cylinders.
