Summary

Ultrasonic-assisted Soxhlet extraction was used to optimize the extraction process of seabuckthorn pulp, and the fatty acid composition of fruit oil was investigated by gas chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometry. The single factor test and orthogonal test of extraction temperature, reflux time, solid-liquid ratio and ultrasonic time were carried out. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of seabuckthorn fruit oil were 1:70 (g/mL). The extraction temperature was 55 °C, ultrasonic assisted extraction for 30 min, Soxhlet extraction reflux time was 6 h, and the extraction rate of seabuckthorn fruit oil was 28.14%. Among them, 24 fatty acids were detected, including palmitoleic acid and palmitic acid, respectively. 35.56% and 59.37%. Therefore, the use of ultrasonic assisted Soxhlet extraction of sea buckthorn fruit oil can provide better and richer raw materials for pharmaceutical and industrial production.

Abstract:The ultrasound-assisted Soxhlet extraction of sea buckthorn oil from dry pulp was optimized by orthogonal array design, and the fatty acid composition and contents of sea buckthorn pulp oil were determined by gas chromatography (GC) coupled with time-of-flight mass Using metronurgical extraction time, 30 min Extraction temperature, 55 °C; and Soxhlet reflux extraction time, 6 h. Under the optimized conditions, the yield of sea buckthorn oil from dry pulp was 28.14%. Twenty-four fatty acids were detected from the oil, and the main fatty acids Palmitoleic and palmitic acid were 35.56% and 59.37%, respectively, which are widely used in chemical, health products and cosmetics. ???the sea buckthorn fruit oil extracted by the ultrasound-assisted Soxhlet extraction method can pr Ovide a high-quality, abundant raw material for medicine and industrial production.
