1 After the start of the net milk machine, the full speed is reached in about 6-8 minutes. At this time, the speed of the speed measuring device is 71-73 rpm, and the finger cover is raised with the finger, and the unit time is counted.

2 Due to the large inertia of the separation cylinder, the motor load will be overloaded to a certain extent during the starting process. The maximum current is about 30A. After the startup is completed, the current is stable and lower than the rated current of the motor after the separator reaches the rated speed.

3 When the net milk machine is started and confirmed to be in normal operation, turn the control valve to the sealing position. When the water in the indicator pipe flows out, it indicates that the piston is sealed. At this time, the control valve can be turned to the compensation position.

4 Open the feed valve and observe the leak at the outlet of the drain tank. After confirming that the seal is intact, adjust the feed valve to the required production capacity.

5 During the operation of the net milk machine, the machine should be checked for abnormal vibration and noise. The normal working current exceeds the rated value of the motor and needs to be removed in time. It is strictly forbidden to operate the separator.

6 When the material separation performance is lower than the specified requirements, the separator should be slagging. After the impact noise is heard, the slag discharge is finished, and then the control valve is turned to the vacant position. If the separation work needs to be continued, the seal can be repeated. 7 Before parking, repeat the “seal-slag discharge” operation with water to squeeze out the milk from the net milk machine to keep the separator clean. In addition, it should be cleaned once a day.
