1. Subject content and scope of application

This standard specifies the test method for the wear resistance of the shoe sole and the forming bottom ( sheet ) .

This standard is applicable to the wear resistance of the shoe sole and the forming bottom ( sheet ) .

2 , Principle: The rotating grinding wheel is pressed vertically on the sample, and the sample is subjected to an abrasion test at a certain load, a certain speed, and a certain time, and the length of the sample wear scar is measured.

3 sample

3.1 into shoes, soles or flat test pieces ( thickness ≥ 6mm ) can be used as a sample.

3.2 Each group of samples shall not be less than four shoes, soles or sheets.

3.3 Sample Pretreatment: Remove the surface layer of the sample that affects the test results. The surface of the sample is required to be flat. The sample is placed in the test chamber for more than 4 hours .

4 , test equipment:

4.1 The wear tester shall meet the following conditions:

4.1.1   The grinding wheel is ∮20±0.1×4± 0.1mm T12 steel grinding wheel with 72 teeth, tooth angle of 90 ° ± 5 ° , tip width of 0.2 ± 0.05mm , tip roughness Ra=3.2μ m , hardness HRC≥55 , coaxiality is 0.03mm .

4.1.2   The grinding wheel speed can be adjusted within the range of 100~300r/min .

4.1.3   The grinding wheel rotates clockwise, the operation is stable, and the radial runout is not greater than 0.05mm .

4.1.4   The load between the grinding wheel and the sample is adjustable within 19.6N .

4.1.5   The grinding wheel needs to be inspected once a year.

4.1.6   The test time is automatically controlled with an accuracy of 0.1 min .

4.1.7   Balance range 2000g ,Accuracy 5g .

4.2 division is 0.02mm Vernier caliper.

5 , test conditions

5.1 The load is 4.9N ( special requirements can be selected within 19.6N ) .

5.2 The grinding wheel speed is 191±5r/min ( special requirements can be selected within the allowable range of the testing machine ) .

5.3 The test time is 20 min continuous ( special requirements can be selected ) .

5.4 Ambient temperature is room temperature.

6 , test steps:

6.1 Adjust all parts of the test machine to normal, and the grinding wheel is running for 20 minutes .

6.2 The sample is fastened to the left end of the balance of the test machine with the sole facing up and the wear of the sole is leveled.

6.3 Adjust the grinding position so that it is aligned with the flat surface of the specimen (the area is sufficient for abrasion ) . The position of the grinding wheel must be at the upper left of the sample holder.

6.4 Balance the balance at both ends (the pointer points to zero ) . Then add the weight to the load value required by the test conditions at the right end of the balance ( if the load is 4.9N, it should be added 500g Weight ) , at this time, the contact load between the sample and the grinding wheel is the specified value.

6.5 Adjust the height of the grinding wheel so that the balance pointer points to zero, then tighten the tightening handle of the grinding wheel shaft.

6.6 Adjust the start of the time selection to the desired value.

6.7 Start up, adjust the grinding wheel speed to the specified value, and clear the time display, the test officially begins.

6.8 After the test machine stops automatically according to the specified time, the length of both sides of the wear marks is measured with a caliper.

6.9 If the sulfur sample is found during the test, stop the test immediately. The contaminated grinding wheel is washed with an organic solvent.

7. Test results:

7.1 The test results are expressed in millimeters of the length of the wear scar, and the effective number is one digit after the decimal point.

7.2 Test at least two points per sample and take the arithmetic mean of two data sets. If the wear scar is trapezoidal, the long side shall not be greater than 10% of the short side.

7.3 The maximum allowable deviation of zui for each test data is ±10% . If there is more than one, it must be retested.

7.4 The test results for each sample are indicated separately.

8. Test report:

8.1 Indicate the test in accordance with this standard.

8.2 Sample number, name, specification, grade, sole material, manufacturer or inspection unit, and wear location.

8.3 Pretreatment of samples and their conditions.

8.4 Test load, grinding wheel speed, wear time, laboratory temperature.

8.5 Test results.

8.6 Test personnel and date.
