Abstract: There are many factors affecting the friction coefficient test, and the sample itself is one of them. In this paper, a sample of each of the two samples of plastic composite film and aluminized composite film was cut, and the friction coefficient test was repeated for each sample. The friction coefficient of the sample after multiple frictions was compared and analyzed. The situation, combined with the test principle, equipment parameters and scope of application, test process, etc., provide reference for the test and research of friction coefficient.

1 , meaning
The friction coefficient is an important factor affecting the performance of packaging materials. The phenomenon of slippage and deviation in the packaging process is related to the improper friction coefficient of the material. Therefore, how to control the appropriate friction coefficient and accurately test the friction coefficient is one of the important contents of packaging material performance research and quality control. Generally, the friction coefficient of the packaging material can be controlled by adding an additive such as a slip agent, but the stiffness of the packaging material, the roughness of the surface, and the like also affect the friction effect. The friction coefficient test is to calculate the corresponding friction coefficient according to the actual movement of the material and the pressure and friction between the surface of the material and the friction surface from the static to the relative sliding process. Therefore, the surface state of the material during the test will directly affect the test results.
In this paper, repeated friction coefficient tests were carried out on the surface of the same material to study the effects of repeated friction on the surface state of the material and the test results.
2 , test samples
In this test, a common plastic composite film and an aluminized composite film were used as test samples.
3 , test methods
The friction coefficient test was carried out according to the method standard GB 10006-1988 "Method for Measuring the Friction Coefficient of Plastic Film and Sheet", and repeated rubbing tests were repeated on the same sample on the plastic composite film and the aluminized composite film.
The test surface is the inner surface (hot cover) and the outer surface.
4 , test equipment
In this paper, the sample is tested by MXD-02 friction coefficient meter. The equipment is independently developed and produced by Jinan Languang Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd.
4.1 Principle of the test
The fixed pressure is applied to the test surface by the slider, and the force value sensor of the device can monitor the change of the force value during the relative movement of the two friction surfaces in contact with each other in real time, thereby obtaining the friction coefficient between the sample and the friction surface. The measured changes in the friction coefficient of the friction test is repeated, the sample to infer whether the coefficient of friction test was repeated.

4.2 Scope of application
(1) This equipment is specially used to measure plastic film and sheet, aluminum foil, aluminum-plastic composite film, metal material composite tape for communication cable, metal products, rubber, paper, cardboard, woven bag, textile, non-woven fabric, conveyor belt static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient during sliding wood, coatings, brakes, wipers, shoes, tires and other materials may also be used in cosmetics, eye drops Dengri smoothness test article.

4.3 Equipment parameters

5 , the test process
(1) Cropping: Each of the 8 cm × 20 cm, 63 mm × 100 mm specimens was cut from each of the two samples to be tested. Tailoring process should avoid touching the specimen, the specimen should be tailored flat, non-polluting.
(2) Parameter setting: Set parameter information such as sample name, test speed and slider quality on the control software of the device.
(3) Loading: Take two specimens of one of the samples, tape the 8 cm × 20 cm specimen to the test bench of the equipment and keep it flat, and fix the 63 mm × 100 mm specimen to the slider. means connected to the force sensor value, by pulling the slider. Place the slider on the specimen on the equipment table so that the direction of motion of the slider is parallel to the direction of traction.
(4) Test: The test is started. The device displays the real-time force value of the sample from rest to motion and displays the test result after the test.
(5) Repeat the test: Place the slider on the surface of the test surface again on the test bench and start the test. Repeat the test 3 times.
(6) Test the friction coefficient of the other sample according to the above-mentioned sample-test-repetition test process.
6 , test results
The test results of the friction coefficient of the two samples under repeated test conditions are shown in Table 1.

7. Conclusion
Two samples with a coefficient of friction of the test sample was repeated after the test results are not the same, the coefficient of static friction of the aluminum composite film samples tested with test times increase decreases from the test results, the coefficient of dynamic friction is presented opposite The trend, and the surface of the sample can be found to have obvious friction marks after the test; the static friction coefficient and the dynamic friction coefficient of the tested plastic composite film samples increase with the increase of the number of tests. Summarizing the variation of the friction coefficient of different types of films and exploring the reasons for this change still requires a lot of research and experiments, but the following conclusions can be drawn from this test - in view of the particularity of the friction coefficient test, it is not appropriate to use the same piece. The sample is subjected to a repeatability verification test of the friction coefficient, and the sample is not reusable.
