The secondary bagging method is simple, effective, and worthy of promotion. The technology is introduced as follows: First, the secondary bagging technical points The so-called secondary bagging is a film bag when the bacteria out of the stove, so that the bacteria within the bag is not directly in contact with the external environment of the production method. 1. Preparation of the outer bag: The outer bag should be made of a low-pressure polyethylene film bag with a circumference greater than 2 cm in the inner bag and 5 cm in length than the inner bag, and be knotted and sealed for use. 2. Timely bagging: When the fungus tube is out of the oven by high temperature bacterium, remove the edge immediately and cover it with the outer bag. Tighten the bag mouth and put it into the culture room until the temperature of the fungus tube falls below 25°C and inoculate again. 3. Inoculation operation: Inoculate the outer bag in the inoculation room or inoculation box, push to the closed side, expose 4/5 to inoculate, immediately after the completion of the species nested the outer bag and tighten the bag mouth, and then placed together for cultivation. 4. Remove the outer bag timely. During the cultivation process, pay attention to the temperature of the culturing chamber.
