3. The pressure of the gas storage tank is adjusted to be higher than the pulverizing pressure by 0.1 Mpa by the pressure regulator of the compressor.

4. Turn on the freeze dryer and make sure the pressure meets the requirements.

5. Open the shaft cleaning valve and the air sealing valve, and adjust the pressure to 0.1~0.3Mpa, then start the grading wheel, start from zero through the inverter, and gradually adjust the required speed.

6. Close the fan control valve, turn on the induced draft fan, and then gradually open the large inlet fan inlet valve to adjust the required air volume.

7. Open the main air valve, when the crushing pressure reaches 0.8Mpa; turn on the trap backflushing valve, so that the backflushing valve pressure reaches 0.4~0.6Mpa; then turn on the cyclone separator and the trap discharge valve one by one.

8. Adding materials should pay attention to control the material level, check whether the upper limit value of the graded impeller current has met the requirements. If it does not meet, it needs to be reset.

Third, the operating regulations

The system adopts the advanced PLC+ touch screen control mode, and the touch screen is the operating terminal of the system. Therefore, accurately mastering the functions of all the keys on the screen is crucial for the correct operation of the system.

Fourth, stop

1. Stop the screw feeder feeding. 2. Close the main air valve and stop the compressor. 3. Close the inlet fan inlet fan and stop the fan. 4. Stop the staged impeller motor and close the purge valve and seal valve. 5. Stop the cyclone separator and the trap discharge valve. 6. After the shutdown is over, turn off the power to the control box.

Five, matters needing attention

1. When the unloader is in operation, it is strictly forbidden to reach into the discharger outlet to prevent injury. 2. The graded impeller speed cannot exceed the specified value, otherwise the grading wheel and motor will be destroyed. 3. The safety valve must be verified periodically.

Sixth, airflow mill maintenance and overhaul

1. Operation and maintenance of the induced draft fan

Remove dust inside the fan every week, especially at the blades. Lubricate the bearing housing monthly (2# calcium-sodium grease). During the operation of the fan to stop and operate, if there is abnormal noise inside the fan or the body is vibrating, stop it immediately.

2. Host

The wear of the graded impeller, the screw feeder, and the pulverizing nozzle was checked every twelve months.

After crushing the material for 200 to 300 hours, it is necessary to clean the powder adhering to the nozzle, the inner wall of the grinding chamber and the classifying wheel to prevent the crushing and classification effects. When the pulse valve works normally for 200 to 300 hours, the filter bag must be cleaned or exchanged. Graded motor bearings are lubricated. After 2000 hours of operation, it is necessary to add molybdenum disulfide grease as appropriate. The amount of grease should not be added too much, otherwise the bearing temperature will rise.

3. Planetary discharge valve

During the operation of the machine, if abnormal noise is found, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. The impeller and the internal chamber are cleaned every three months. Fill 00# extreme pressure lithium base grease every three months.

4. Operation and maintenance of pulse bag type dust collector

Solenoid valve operating environment is poor, check every three months, and clean the dust. Check the integrity of the filter bag every six months and replace it. If there is ash running out of the air outlet of the induced draft fan, check whether the filter bag is detached or damaged. Whether the frame pressure plate is loose, the gasket is aging, and replaced. The pulse controller and solenoid valve check for proper operation before starting each day.

5. Control cabinet

The control cabinet should be protected from dust and the door of the control cabinet should be closed to prevent dust from entering. Use a tracheal purge to clean the dust every half month to prevent poor contact.
